Marketing
Automated email marketing built into the PSA workflow
Nexum PSA helps service providers build mailing lists, create newsletter campaigns, approve outbound communication and turn engagement into useful Sales context.
Campaigns from real customer data
Marketing starts from the same contacts, clients and service context the team already maintains in Nexum PSA.
Mailing lists
Audience selection
Build audiences from Contacts, client relations, tags, industry, location and contract status while respecting opt-out and suppression rules.
Campaign sequences
Newsletter flow
Create ordered campaign emails with editable snapshots, send rhythm, batch throttling, approval and stop controls.
Sender setup
Email foundation
Use the Email module SMTP accounts and a dedicated marketing sender scope instead of running a disconnected mailing tool.
Automation with approval and guardrails
The Marketing module is designed for autonomous sending, but campaigns still require the right permissions, explicit approval and operational limits before anything goes out.
Approval before sending
Control
Draft campaigns can be reviewed and approved by a technician with the right Marketing permission before the queue is released.
Scheduled sending
Automation
Due recipients are sent through queued jobs with batch size, interval and quiet-hour settings, so campaigns can run without manual clicking.
Tracking and suppression
Compliance
Opens, clicks, unsubscribe events, bounces and suppression rules are recorded so future sends stay controlled.
Marketing signals make Sales sharper
Campaign engagement is not a separate call-list workflow. It becomes context Sales and Leads can use for prioritization, classification and follow-up.
Interest tags
Lead context
Tracked links can classify topics such as security, websites and cloud, then attach interest to the Contact and related Client.
Lead heat
Prioritization
Sales can consume campaign engagement when filtering, sorting and assessing which opportunities need attention first.
AI-assisted drafts
Assisted content
When an active AI agent is available, technicians can generate campaign plans and email drafts without bypassing review or approval.
Q&A
Questions and answers
Short answers about newsletters, automated email campaigns and how Marketing fits the Nexum PSA platform.
Can Nexum PSA send newsletters?
Yes. Marketing campaigns can use mailing lists, email templates, campaign-specific subject and body snapshots, scheduling and queued sending.
Does it replace Sales?
No. Marketing owns campaign execution and engagement data. Sales consumes the resulting interest signals for lead heat and follow-up context.
Is unsubscribe handled?
Yes. Suppression and unsubscribe behavior are part of the Marketing settings and must be checked before every campaign send.
Can campaigns use normal website links?
Yes. Campaign links can be rewritten for click tracking at send time while still sending recipients to the original destination URL.
