License and self-hosting guidelines

Nexum PSA is free to self-host for your own organization. Offering Nexum PSA as a hosted or managed commercial service for third parties requires a separate written agreement with Trønder Data.

Self-hosting

You may download and run Nexum PSA for your own organization. In a self-hosted setup, you are responsible for hosting, updates, security, backups, mail delivery, integrations and operational maintenance.

Commercial hosting

You may not offer Nexum PSA as hosted software, managed hosting, support subscriptions or a competing commercial platform for third parties without a separate written agreement with Trønder Data.

License and source

The source code is available on GitHub. Read the repository license and README before using Nexum PSA outside local testing. Contributions that improve security, documentation and product quality are welcome.
